RIA and immunology lab carries out a plethora of tests for Hormonies, Cancer markers, Bacterial, Parasitic and viral disease diagnosis. The lab is proud of its immunofluorescent set-up for the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases and also renders HLA typing and tissue cross matching by microcytotoxicity tests.

Histopathology

Histopathology unit has creditable facility of frozen section cutting besides the routine biopsy processing. Cytology of cervical smears, sputum and of all body fluids are done. This is an excellent department for reporting on fine needle aspiration. Very soon Immune-marker studies will be carried out, along with markers studies like ER-PR for Breast cancers.
